  3. such a beautiful post.....I used to wear a ribbon just like that when I was singing in the church choir. Yes....I sang in a choir. Your mothers needlework is beautiful. I now see where your skill comes from. How amazing to be finding these precious things......You were in my thoughts yesterday.....

  4. Lovely, and loving post.. I love the last photo you used, the one with the hands - somehow or other it connects your Mom and the work together in a very moving way...
    Her designs are lovely and there is a kind of celebratory nature to them - the vibrant colours are just lovely... Treasures for sure.

    1. thank you for stopping by my blog. it's odd but the first resemblance to my mom that i noticed was that my hands look like hers...this was years ago and i still see mom's hands in mine.
